Bush Host Individuals ticket: $100, Chairman’s Reception, Dinner, Program Mention
Reagan Host: $600, 8 Chairman’s Reception, 8 Dinner, Program Mention, Reserved seating, 2 bottles of wine
Lincoln Host: $1500, 10 Chairman’s Reception, 10 Dinner, Program Mention, Preferential Reserved seating with speaker or elected official, Thank You slide in presentation, 3 bottles of wine.
Chairman’s Reception includes appetizers, wine, mingling and photo opportunities with special guests.
Reserved Host Table Guests: The following guests are invited by the CWLDD and are seated at the Host Tables:
Congressional Delegation~ Legislative Delegation ~ Speakers
Wisconsin State Officials ~ County or Local Elected Officials
(Individuals should not invite guests from these categories. Hosts may request officials to sit at their table. The elected official and guest count as two of the total allotted tickets at the Host table. These requests will be filled on a highest host level, first request basis.)
TABLE Assignment for Lincoln and Reagan Host Level whose table purchases have been confirmed and pre-paid will be assigned first. No specific table will be reserved outside of the Lincoln or Reagan Host Levels.
RESERVATIONS: Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and must be accompanied by payment. The deadline for reservations is February 12, 2014. No refunds will be given for cancellations.

Payment must be received at the time of reservation; Checks are made payable to the RPMC & mailed to P.O. Box 834, Wausau, WI 54402.
Ticket buyers must complete the online reservation or the attached reservation card and mail with payment.
A basket raffle will be held during the evening. Raffle tickets will be available at the door.
DINNER PROGRAM: Lincoln and Reagan Level Names for the Dinner Program are due by 5:00 p.m. on
February 15, 2013 and should be sent to email@example.com in the format requested.
TICKETS: Tickets will be issued after February 12th. Table numbers where appropriate will be noted on tickets. Guests must present tickets at the door; there is no admittance without a ticket. Purchasers are responsible for distributing tickets to their table guests. Individual tickets will be mailed to the address given on the reservation card.
Tickets will be strictly limited to 500. No tickets will be available at the door.
